Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Create and format qualified email templates.
- Build, clean, and maintain email databases.
- Segment contact lists for targeted campaigns.
- Schedule and monitor email campaigns using email marketing tools.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Content teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Ensure email content aligns with the company's branding and communication standards.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and maintain outreach databases.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of email marketing and B2B outreach.
- Hands-on knowledge of email clients such as Mozilla Thunderbird and Microsoft Outlook.




- Familiarity with email outreach and mail merge tools, including YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge), Mailmeteor, Pigeon Mail, and Microsoft Mail Merge.
- Basic understanding of email personalization, bulk email campaigns, and contact list management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining email databases.
- Strong written English, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new email automation and CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,342.86 per month
