Safety Supervisor – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including HIRA, Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permits, Toolbox Talks (TBT), Safety Reports, Inspection Checklists, Incident Reports, and PPE records.
- Obtain and coordinate work permits with clients and project teams before work execution.
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with approved safety procedures and permit conditions.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the safety team to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare corrective action reports.
- Track project safety status and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.




- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with client and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain a protected working environment.
- Support successful project completion by maintaining high safety standards and ensuring zero safety violations wherever possible.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of HSE regulations, HIRA, RA, JSA, and Work Permit systems.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Leadership, team supervision, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
