ConsTru is a growing construction-tech startup based in Nagpur, building a digital platform for buying construction materials and accessing construction services. We aim to make construction procurement simpler, faster and more convenient for customers, builders and contractors.

Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Executives to drive B2B sales of construction materials in Nagpur. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B sales leads through field visits, calls, referrals and market networking.
- Visit builders, contractors, construction sites, dealers and other potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable construction materials.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors and business customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Follow up for repeat orders, payments and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM/ERP/software.
- Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, product availability, dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Nagpur for customer and site visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Construction or building materials
- Cement, TMT/steel
- Plumbing, electrical, hardware or sanitary products
- Builders, contractors or construction companies
- Building material dealers or distributors
- B2B or field sales

ERP/CRM experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
