About the Role

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Zoho Books Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Accounting/Finance and a robust interest in learning and working with Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications.

Freshers with a relevant academic background are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho Books based on client requirements.
- Understand clients’ accounting and business processes and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist with setting up organizations, chart of accounts, taxes, invoices, expenses, banking, and other accounting modules in Zoho Books.
- Support data migration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on using Zoho Books.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and resolve queries.
- Prepare documentation and maintain implementation-related records.




- Support the team in providing post-implementation assistance and customer support.
- Travel to client locations when required.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Freshers with an Accounts/Finance background are also welcome.
- Educational qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or other relevant Accounting/Finance courses.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and applications.
- Ability to understand client requirements and work effectively with a team.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Zoho Books or other accounting software is an advantage.
