We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, handle enquiries, conduct AI automation tool demos, and build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. The role involves regular follow-ups, understanding business requirements, and supporting the sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and expectations.
- Conduct AI automation tool demos and explain features, benefits, and use cases clearly.
- Respond to client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain and update client and lead information in the CRM.
- Schedule demos, meetings, follow-up calls, and client discussions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Follow up with prospects after demos and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated properly.




- Collect client feedback and address basic concerns or escalate them to the relevant team.
- Stay updated with the company's AI tools, automation solutions, services, and product updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in handling calls, client conversations, and product demonstrations.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and confidently explain AI and automation tools.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work towards sales and client-conversion goals.
