About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Operations & Retail Executive to support our digital operations, retail activities, customer engagement, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate digital operations related to retail and sales activities.

* Handle online retail platforms, product listings, and digital records.

* Coordinate with dealers operations and internal sales teams.

* Support digital marketing, social media, and online product promotion activities.

* Maintain accurate demos, sales, retail, customer, and inventory-related data.

* Prepare regular reports and track digital/retail performance.

* Assist in implementing digital initiatives to improve retail reach and customer engagement.

* Coordinate with field teams for product information, orders, and market updates.





* Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of retail/customer queries.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate; candidates from relevant agricultural backgrounds will be given preference.

* Good knowledge of agriculture, seeds, crop production, or agri-inputs will be an advantage.

* Comfortable working with computers, digital platforms, MS Excel, and online tools.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.

* Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
