About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across day-to-day HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support various employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, HRMS, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.

Location: Jaipur (should be only from Jaipur)

Internship Duration: 6 Months with PPO

Work Mode: Work from office (Mon to Fri)

Batch - Open to 2026 and 2027 batches, subject to eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
- Coordinate with employees on routine HR queries and requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and data management.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment coordination and related activities when required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Requirements — Must Have





- Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR and should be in the final year.
- Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
- Strong presence on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
