Role Overview

We are looking for a Jr. Revit Draftsman with a minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit and have robust knowledge of preparing detailed architectural drawings. Candidates with experience working on high-rise and large-scale projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings using Revit.
- Translate conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural intent into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare and update drawings based on design changes, consultant inputs, and site requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, bylaws, and project requirements.
- Maintain, organize, and manage drawing sets and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings for high-rise and large-scale projects.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.
- Incorporate site feedback and revisions into drawings within project timelines.

Skills Required





- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with good drafting speed and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and detailing.
- Good knowledge of architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, particularly for high-rise and residential projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and development bylaws.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and digital file management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
- Hands-on experience with Revit and other BIM tools.
- Prior experience with a reputed architectural firm will be an advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale, residential, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
