Job Summary

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's and clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, trends, audience engagement, and basic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and audience preferences.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, and conversions.
- Support social media campaigns and paid advertising activities.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Creativity and strong understanding of social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and social media scheduling tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing/social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge, creativity and relevant project experience may also be considered.
