About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution who can take complete ownership of projects from the initial client meeting through final handover.

Our Client Relationship Executive will qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.

Once a lead is scheduled, you will take ownership of the client and project.

Your responsibility will cover:

Lead → Client Meeting → Site Visit → Requirement → Proposal → Project Confirmation → Execution → Handover

You will be the key link between the client, design team, contractors, vendors and the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Lead Handling

- Receive qualified leads from the Client Relationship Executive.
- Contact the client and understand their requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Understand the client's lifestyle, preferences, budget and timeline.
- Build a strong relationship with the client.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop the project proposal.
- Follow up with clients until project confirmation.

Site Visits & Assessment

- Visit project sites and understand existing site conditions.
- Take accurate measurements and photographs.
- Identify technical and execution challenges.
- Understand the complete scope of work.




- Coordinate with the design team to ensure the design is practical and executable.

Project Planning

After project confirmation:

- Finalise the project scope with the client.
- Coordinate drawings, specifications and material selections.
- Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
- Plan material requirements and procurement.
- Coordinate manpower, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure all teams understand the approved design and scope.

Project Execution

- Take responsibility for day-to-day project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Monitor workmanship and quality.
- Track project progress against the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other contractors.
- Ensure materials are available at the site when required.
- Identify delays and resolve execution issues quickly.
- Ensure the project is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client after project confirmation.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
- Communicate timelines and site requirements clearly.
- Handle client concerns professionally.
- Manage expectations and maintain a positive client experience.
- Coordinate changes or additional requirements with the relevant team.

Handover

- Conduct final inspections and snag checks.
- Coordinate rectification of pending works.
- Ensure the agreed scope is completed properly.
- Coordinate final handover to the client.




- Maintain project records and coordinate post-handover service requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in interior design, interior execution, construction or project management.
- Strong understanding of residential interior execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Robust coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and vendors.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply supervise a project, but takes complete ownership of it.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, visiting sites, coordinating teams, solving execution problems and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the expected quality.
