Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and other daily activities.
- Assist Staff Nurses in routine patient care and procedures.
- Support patient shifting and positioning as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient-care areas.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing beds and changing bed linen.
- Report any changes in the patient's condition to the Staff Nurse immediately.
- Assist the nursing team during emergencies and other assigned duties.
- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with patients and attendants.

Qualification

- Nursing Assistant / General Duty Assistant / Patient Care Assistant certification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hospital experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
