- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding table availability and guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate information on table status and reservations.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
- Manage waiting guests and provide estimated waiting times.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate issues to the Manager when required.
- Maintain excellent grooming, body language, and communication standards.
- Support the restaurant team during busy hours and special events.
- Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
