Hiring: Accounts Executive – Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry

Location: Proteck Metalics Pvt Limited

Experience: 2–5 Years (Manufacturing/Sheet Metal preferred)

Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Handle day-to-day accounting activities

✅ Maintain purchase, sales, and journal entries

✅ Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Payments) & Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments)

✅ Prepare GST invoices, E-way Bills & E-invoicing

✅ GST, TDS & other statutory compliance support

✅ Bank reconciliation & cash flow monitoring

✅ Maintain petty cash and expense records

✅ Coordinate with auditors, bankers & tax consultants

✅ Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements

✅ Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers

✅ Maintain inventory-related accounting and reconciliation with stores/production

✅ Cost tracking for sheet metal fabrication jobs and materials





✅ Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all financial records

✅ Work on Tally/ERP and MS Excel efficiently

Required Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime

✔ Good knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting principles

✔ Advanced MS Excel skills

✔ Attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Positive communication and coordination skills

✔ Experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication company is preferred

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
