Job Description

- - Lead a team of Sales Agents & Encouraging them for revenue maximization

- - Provide coaching, mentoring to the sales team

- - Focus on monthly revenue targets to be achieved by the Team

- - One-on-One coaching to low performers

- - Nesting new hire

- - Should be well versed with Holiday Packages

- - Minimum 4 years experience as Team lead in a sales travel environment

- - Ability to coach, mentor and lead a sales team

- - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced setting

- - A deadline oriented approach
