As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that applications meet client expectations and operate efficiently across multiple environments.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application components.
- Familiarity with application maintenance and enhancement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance practices and testing methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
