About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The person will be responsible for creating attractive and professional designs for our projects, marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for real estate projects, campaigns and marketing activities.
- Design social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings and other marketing materials.
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Design project-related materials such as floor plan presentations, project brochures, amenities creatives and property advertisements.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Presales teams to understand their design requirements.
- Develop creative concepts based on project themes, target customers and campaign objectives.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colours, layouts and overall visual style.
- Create designs for digital and print requirements.
- Edit and retouch images, property photographs and marketing visuals when required.
- Coordinate with external printers, agencies, photographers and vendors for design-related work.




- Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Make changes and revisions based on feedback from management and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and real estate marketing styles.
- Maintain an organized library of design files and project assets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Solid creative thinking and good visual sense.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts and colour combinations.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- InDesign
- Canva
- CorelDRAW / other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Good image editing and photo-retouching skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be creative, responsible, detail-oriented and quick to understand business requirements. Experience in designing for real estate projects, property launches, digital campaigns and social media will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
