Role Overview

Policy Junction is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join its team. The selected candidates will be on the payroll of Policy Junction and will work for Aditya Birla Health Insurance at the client's location in Mumbai.

The primary responsibility of the role is to connect with prospective customers through company-provided leads, explain health insurance products, and convert inquiries into successful sales while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers using leads shared by Policy Junction.

Introduce and explain Aditya Birla Health Insurance products and services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and documentation.

Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

Experience: 0–3 years in Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, or Insurance Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Candidates will be employed under the payroll of Policy Junction.
