Position: Financial Counselor

Location: Boon IVF Fertility Center, Gachibowli
Working Hours: 8.5 to 9 hours per day, clinic closes by 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday work will be compensated with a day off)

Compensation: As per industry standards

Position Overview:

Boon Fertility Clinic is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Fertility Counselor. The ideal candidate will provide financial counseling and comprehensive explanations of the various fertility treatments available at the clinic. This role requires a professional with a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support patients through their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Counseling:

· Provide detailed information about the fertility treatments offered at the clinic, including procedures, success rates, and potential risks.

· Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

· Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.

Financial Counseling:

· Explain the costs associated with different fertility treatments and help patients understand their financial responsibilities.

· Discuss payment plans, insurance coverage, and available financing options.





· Assist patients in navigating the financial aspects of their treatment, including filling out necessary paperwork and forms.

Treatment Coordination:

· Coordinate with the medical team to ensure patients receive timely and accurate information regarding their treatment plans.

· Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments as needed looping the concerned departments

· Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.

Compliance and Confidentiality:

· Ensure all patient interactions and documentation comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

· Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Nursing (BAMS, BHMS, or B.Sc Nursing).

· 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fertility or healthcare sector.

· Strong understanding of fertility treatments and financial counseling.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Empathetic and supportive approach to patient care.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
