Customer Service Ocean Export

Location: Vadodara
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Ocean Export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, Sales, Pricing, CHA, CFS, shipping lines and vendors.
- Manage Shipping Bill, SI, BL, AMS/ISF and shipment documentation.
- Track vessel schedules, cut-offs, container placement and stuffing.
- Maintain DSR, system updates, invoicing and job closure.
- Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Ocean Export Customer Service.
- Good knowledge of Ocean Export documentation and processes.
- Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
