Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Merchandiser to manage the complete merchandising process for men’s wear garments, from order confirmation and product development to production follow-up and final dispatch. The candidate will coordinate with customers, design, sampling, production, purchase, quality and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery as per approved specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle merchandising activities for Men’s Wear Garments from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Understand customer requirements, tech packs, specifications, size charts, measurements and product details.
- Coordinate for sample development, approval, comments and corrections.
- Prepare and maintain BOM, order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) plans and other merchandising documents.
- Coordinate with Fabric, Trims, Purchase, Production, Quality and Stores teams for timely availability of materials.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories and other production requirements.
- Coordinate with production team for cutting, stitching, finishing, packing and dispatch.
- Monitor order status and ensure production timelines are maintained.
- Identify production delays or issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, samples, approvals and production status.
- Coordinate with customers/buyers regarding order details, approvals,



delivery schedules and other requirements.
- Ensure garments are produced as per approved sample, measurement, quality and customer specifications.
- Prepare regular order status and production follow-up reports for management.
- Coordinate with Quality team for inspection and rectification of quality issues.
- Support the team in managing order planning, costing and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely communication between customer and internal departments.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Men’s Wear Garment Manufacturing and Merchandising.
- Good understanding of fabric, trims, garment construction and production processes.
- Knowledge of sampling, production follow-up and order execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production and other cross-functional teams.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile or related field will be an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Garment/Apparel Manufacturing Merchandising, preferably in Men’s Wear.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
