Job Overview
The Case Filing Officer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting immigration and visa-related applications for clients, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and procedural requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of visa processes, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Duties

- Coordinate the preparation and submission of visa applications for various categories (e.g., student, work, business, dependent).
- Ensure all forms, supporting documents, and legal requirements are complete and accurate.
- Track case progress and maintain regular communication with clients regarding updates, timelines, and document requests.
- Liaise with clients, internal departments, and government authorities as necessary.
- Maintain organized digital and physical case files.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies,



and regulations.
- Assist with audits or reviews of visa filing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance in all dealings.

Skills

- Prior experience in immigration services, visa case processing, or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major countries.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
