Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off

- Every Sunday
- 2nd Saturday of every month

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Tally.
- Recording accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.




- Preparing and maintaining ledgers and financial documentation.
- Managing bank reconciliations and banking transactions.
- Coordinating with banks for account-related activities, documentation, payments, and reconciliations.
- Preparing financial reports and assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Supporting statutory compliance and maintaining financial records.
- Assisting in GST-related documentation whenever required.
- Drafting professional emails and business correspondence.
- Coordinating effectively with Chartered Accountants (CAs), Bank Officials, Clients, Vendors, Internal Stakeholders, Management Team
- Maintaining organized documentation and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Supporting the finance department with administrative and operational tasks.

Mandatory Skills

Applicants should possess the following skills:

✔ Strong understanding of Accounting Principles

✔ Working knowledge of Tally (Mandatory)

✔ Knowledge of Banking Systems & Banking Procedures (Mandatory)

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

✔ Strong numerical and analytical abilities





✔ Attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Ability to draft professional business emails

✔ Positive organizational and time management skills

✔ Ability to coordinate professionally with banks, Chartered Accountants, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

✔ Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Candidates possessing any of the following skills will be given preference during the selection process:

⭐ Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance procedures.

⭐ Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini

⭐ Prior exposure to Import–Export documentation or Merchant Export businesses.
