Dash Glasses is building one of India’s first serious consumer AI hardware brands. We design and sell smart glasses (vision + audio) directly to customers across India.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll be directly involved in daily business operations. If you want real startup exposure (not just sitting and watching), this role will push you to learn fast.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Handle customer communication via calls and WhatsApp
- Make outbound calls for sales and follow-ups
- Manage returns, exchanges, and logistics coordination
- Assist in day-to-day office operations using a laptop
- Maintain and track inventory records

Requirements

- Positive communication skills (spoken Hindi & basic English)
- Comfortable talking to customers on calls




- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (important)
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
