Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing and Communications executive to join our team in Calicut office. In this role, you will help drive our brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
- Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing the company website and blog content to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Support in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating presentations, reports,



and content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

General Requirements:

- Language Skills: Good spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills are required.
- MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Time Management: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities both within and outside the office environment.
- Email & Qualified Communication: Good email etiquette and professional written communication skills.
- Industry Exposure: Knowledge or experience in seaports, airports, ship repair, aircraft maintenance, petrochemical production facilities, oil & gas production and distribution, and event industries will be considered an advantage during candidate shortlisting.
- Scaffolding Industry Experience: Candidates with relevant scaffolding industry experience will be given priority.
