Associate Program Manager - JEE NEET Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Operations: Monitor curriculum completion weekly; ensure chapter tests within timelines; track & remediate student performance gaps (target: 60% minimum in high-weightage chapters).
- Teacher Development: Conduct 2 classroom observations per teacher per visit; provide actionable feedback; ensure mandatory chapter revisions before assessments.
- Student Outcomes: Analyze test data to identify toppers & at-risk students; conduct mentoring sessions on focus, time management & exam strategy; track gender parity in performance.
- School Leadership: Lead principal reviews on syllabus status, exam performance & infrastructure; secure alignment on scheduling & special initiatives; document all commitments.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain school-wise issue logs (resolve critical issues within 48 hours); prepare monthly syllabus & exam reports; track all conversations & action items.
- Team Management: Oversee facilitator performance; track completion of assigned work against weekly schedules; provide status updates on team requests and pending items.
- Strategic Planning: Plan 3-4 day school visits; coordinate parent meetings quarterly; manage operational budgets and procurement 3+ months in advance.
- Field Execution: Conduct classroom observations, meet with teachers & students, review data with principal, and plan next steps; review previous commitments and verify syllabus completion versus plan.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry,



or Mathematics; strong grasp of Grade 11-12 STEM curriculum.
- 3-6 years in Education Operations, Test Prep, or Academic Coordination (JEE/NEET exposure is a strong plus).
- Track record managing multi-site operations and remote teams.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret test scores, identify patterns, and make decisions.
- Strong communicator with confidence in engaging school principals and senior staff.
- Meticulous documentation and process discipline; able to track details across multiple priorities.
- Empathy and mentorship capability; comfortable conducting 1-on-1 sessions with students and teachers.
- Willingness to travel 10-15 days/month to rural schools; flexibility for urgent school needs.

Compensation & Logistics
