Dental Associate – UK Healthcare Support(PCM)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

The Role

We're looking for a Dental Associate to support day-to-day operations for our UK-based dental network. This is a non-clinical, operations-focused role ideal for dental graduates who want to apply their domain knowledge in practice management, Patient Care Management, compliance, procurement, and financial coordination.

What You'll Do

Practice Operations & Coordination

Oversee operational workflows across multiple UK dental practices.

Compliance & Financial Oversight

Ensure adherence to UK regulatory bodies (CQC, NHS, GDC)

Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls

Track dentist invoices, flag overpayments, and reconcile accounts

Monitor patient refunds, treatment charges, and outstanding debts

Patient Records & Documentation

Maintain accurate patient records,



medical histories, and treatment logs

Handle documentation per UK healthcare guidelines

Systems & Software

Work with dental practice management platforms: Dentally, R4, SOE

Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) or a related discipline

1–2 years in operations, administration, or a similar support role (UK process experience preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have:

Prior exposure to dental practice management software

Familiarity with UK dental terminology, procedures, or compliance frameworks
