The Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the F&B; team in smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
- Serve food and beverages as instructed by the Captain or Supervisor.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guest use.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, buffet, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.
- Support buffet setup and replenishment whenever required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Assist senior team members during busy periods, events, banquets, and special functions.
- Handle guest requests professionally and escalate complaints to the concerned supervisor.




- Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B; Service teams for smooth operations.
- Report damaged equipment, shortages, spills, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; management.
