About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Sales for a reputed real estate organization in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in real estate sales, team handling, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle high-value clients and build long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct property/project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.




- Train, motivate, and guide sales team members.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth lead management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Mohali/Chandigarh/Punjab real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid 4-wheeler and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is mandatory.
- Target-oriented, confident, and professionally presentable.

Compensation

Up to ₹80,000 per month + Attractive Incentives, depending on experience and suitability.
