About the Role

Ayamveda is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform marketing ideas into compelling, conversion-focused visuals.

You will work closely with our content, performance marketing, and video teams to create social media posts, paid advertisements, product campaigns, website graphics, and other brand assets.

We are looking for someone who understands that an effective design should not only look attractive—it should also communicate clearly and support the campaign objective.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Create performance-focused graphics for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop product-focused advertisements, promotional campaigns, and offer creatives.
- Design website banners, landing-page visuals, thumbnails, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Convert content briefs and marketing concepts into transparent visual communication.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, product packaging, and brand identity.
- Create multiple design variations for creative testing.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, background creation, and workflow improvement.
- Review every design for spelling, alignment, image quality, product accuracy, and formatting before submission.
- Organise source files, assets, fonts, and final exports properly.
- Complete assigned work within the agreed deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and mobile-friendly designs.
- Experience designing social media content and digital advertisements.
- Ability to work with product images without changing packaging details.




- Solid attention to detail, especially for spelling, alignment, sizing, and branding.
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs accurately.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
- Basic written English for understanding briefs and communicating with the team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or other image-generation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics would be an advantage.
- Experience working with wellness, healthcare, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused ad design.
