MKM & SONS is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales and purchase entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Record cash and bank transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain GST-related records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding accounts.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Support the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable numerical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
