Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective parents through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand parents' requirements and recommend suitable coding programs.
- Explain course structure, perks, fees, and learning outcomes.




- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build robust relationships with parents and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation mindset.
- Comfortable speaking with parents over calls.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, EdTech, B2C Sales, Telecalling, or Counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,589.09 - ₹50,958.09 per month
