Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer discussions, document collection, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
- Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean Search will be an added advantage.
- Good candidate screening and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with Naukri Boolean Search.
- Experience hiring for IT/Technical roles.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with recruitment targets/KPIs.
- Immediate availability to join.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and passionate about recruitment, with the ability to identify and engage the right candidates while maintaining robust coordination with candidates and internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
