Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily delivery and logistics operations.
- Plan delivery schedules and assign vehicles, drivers, and helpers.
- Ensure timely and damage-free delivery of all appliances.
- Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, sales, billing, and installation teams.
- Monitor loading, unloading, delivery status, and product safety.
- Handle delivery delays, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transportation costs.
- Maintain delivery records, documents, and logistics reports.
- Supervise drivers and delivery staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery costs and delays.
- Ensure qualified customer service during delivery.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth order completion.

Required Skills

- Good coordination and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of local routes and delivery operations.
- Basic computer/ERP knowledge.
- Previous logistics, delivery, warehouse, or retail experience preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
