Job Title: Corporate Trainer
Experience: 5+ years in training, education, or corporate learning and development
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational objectives and improve employee skills.
- Conduct training sessions on topics ranging from technical skills to soft skills.
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum tailored to specific job roles.
- Create interactive and engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Use various instructional methods (in-person, online, blended) to cater to diverse learning styles.




- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training content with business goals.
- Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training interventions.
- Adapt content based on learner feedback and performance data.
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant practices and technologies into training.

Technical & Qualified Requirements:

- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
