Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, resource management, client coordination, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project costs, billing, procurement, and cash flow requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and project record maintenance.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Experience in handling Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, or Residential Projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP Software.

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
