We are hiring a dedicated, disciplined, and responsible Field Officer (FO) for our client sites located in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for handling site operations, supervising security guards, ensuring discipline, and maintaining smooth day-to-day security activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and monitor assigned client sites regularly
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment
- Ensure attendance, shift scheduling, grooming, and discipline of guards
- Handle site-related issues and resolve them immediately
- Coordinate between client, guards, and management
- Conduct surprise inspections and report findings
- Maintain daily reports, attendance, and documentation
- Ensure guards follow company policies and client instructions
- Support recruitment/joining when manpower shortage arises
- Maintain strong client relationship and provide timely updates

Requirements





- Any Degree / Diploma
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in security field operations / supervision
- Solid leadership and team-handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer/system knowledge
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage
- Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
- Must be willing to travel within Trichy and nearby areas
