Candidate Requirements

- Female or Male candidates
- Age: 18–24 years
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil
- Friendly, responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Basic computer, smartphone, and WhatsApp skills
- Comfortable working an evening/night shift until 12:00 AM
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or sports facilities is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Pickle Spot's evening operations.
- Welcome customers and assist with check-ins and bookings.
- Coordinate court allocation and player schedules.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
- Collect and record payments.
- Coordinate with coaches and players.
- Ensure courts and common areas are clean and organized.
- Monitor basic facility requirements and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure customers follow Pickle Spot rules.
- Maintain daily booking and payment records.
- Handle closing procedures at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the venue is properly secured at closing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
