Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead Full-Stack .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, React, microservices architecture, SQL databases, and MongoDB. In addition to hands-on development experience, the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and technical architecture skills to drive the successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Skills/Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.
- Design and implement microservices-based solutions and APIs.
- Define and maintain application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Review code, conduct technical assessments, and mentor development team members.
- Lead design discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
- Manage database design, optimization, and performance tuning activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and performance standards.

Qualification:





- 5–7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Extensive experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.v Strong understanding of REST APIs, message queues, and distributed systems.
- Expertise in SQL Server, database optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Experience working with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Robust understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Previous experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Exposure to the real estate, SaaS, or enterprise software domain is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹117,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Singanallur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core: 5 years (Required)
- Dot Net Development: 5 years (Required)
