Vatsin Soft is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our software and IT services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings or demos with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Explain Vatsin Soft's software products and IT solutions clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with existing leads and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team.
- Follow up consistently until the lead reaches the next stage.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation is an advantage.
