Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Delegate daily tasks, manage team schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team metrics, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct formal evaluations.
- Training & Onboarding: Guide current hires through job duties, tools, and company policies.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace disputes professionally and support team morale.
- Communication: Relay upper management directives downward and report team progress or hurdles upward.
- Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols and company regulations. [1, 2]
