Job Title: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and admission details clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Handle student enquiries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to work towards leads generation and follow up consistently.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
