Job Title: Assistant Estate Executive
Department: Estate / Administration
Location: School Campus
Reports To: Estate Manager / Administrative Head
Job Purpose
To assist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the school campus and its facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the school campus, buildings, classrooms, offices, playgrounds, gardens, and other facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, horticulture, electrical, plumbing, civil and other maintenance staff.
- Monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure that assigned work is completed on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of the campus and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, service schedules, and vendor work.
- Assist in monitoring electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, water supply, and other essential services.
- Ensure that the campus remains clean, secure, functional, and presentable.
- Assist in identifying maintenance requirements and obtaining quotations from vendors when required.
- Follow up on pending repair and maintenance work until completion.
- Support arrangements for school events, functions, examinations, and other activities requiring estate/facility support.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of estate-related materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with school safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
- Report emergencies, breakdowns, safety hazards, or other critical issues immediately to the concerned authority.
- Perform any other estate and facility-related duties assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma/degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in estate management, facility management, school administration, hotel, hospital, residential/commercial property, or a similar environment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, civil, housekeeping, and general maintenance work.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with multiple vendors/service providers.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school, educational institution, residential complex, commercial facility, hotel, hospital, or similar organisation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
