Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Buddy Counselor to support our Counsellors in the day-to-day processing of student admissions and visa applications. This is a learning-oriented role for someone who wants to understand the study abroad industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Counsellors with admission applications, documentation, follow-ups and visa application preparation.
- Coordinate with students to collect required documents, information and pending updates.
- Support Counsellors in maintaining accurate student records, application status and follow-up activities.
- Learn and follow the organisation's admission, visa and internal operating processes.
- Coordinate with Counsellors, senior team members and other departments to ensure applications progress smoothly and within deadlines.
- Handle multiple students, applications and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable taking instructions and guidance from senior team members, implementing feedback and completing assigned tasks within timelines.
- Proactively follow up on pending work and keep the concerned Counsellor informed of progress or issues.




- Gradually develop knowledge of universities, courses, admission requirements and visa processes to take on greater responsibilities within the team.

Growth Opportunity

The Buddy Counselor position is designed as a learning and development role. With strong performance, process knowledge and experience, the individual will have the chance to progress into a Counselor / Senior Counselor role and take greater ownership of student cases.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
