We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Cum Accountant Executive with strong accounting knowledge and good computer skills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, entering financial data accurately, handling Tally operations, and supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Perform accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and other transactions.
- Handle accounting activities using Tally.
- Prepare and maintain bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Verify data and ensure accuracy of financial entries.
- Prepare basic reports and statements as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts and documentation.




- Support other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Com degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting/data entry.
- Positive knowledge of Tally.
- Strong computer and MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Good typing and data-entry accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates with experience in Accounts + Data Entry roles are preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting and data-entry activities will be given preference.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
