Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Kalachowki - Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in construction site supervision and be capable of coordinating with contractors, workers, and project engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment.

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Track project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.

Inspect completed work and identify any defects or rework requirements.

Maintain site records, attendance, material usage,



and daily progress reports.

Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure timely availability of construction materials and coordinate with procurement when required.

Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings for site workers.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Valuable understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.

Knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
