- Conduct daily morning Safety Toolbox Talks (TBT) with site laborers in Telugu/Hindi.
- Perform routine daily site inspections to check scaffolding, deep excavations, electrical connections, and crane operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all site workers (Helmets, Safety Shoes, High-Vis Jackets, Safety Harnesses).
- Stop any unsafe work or hazardous practices immediately on site.
- Keep basic daily safety logs, track near-miss incidents, and report issues to the Site Manager.
- Oversee site hygiene, basic first-aid availability, and emergency response prep.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI or Diploma (Basic/Practical educational background preferred over heavy academic degrees).
- Certifications: Basic Safety Certificate (e.g., ADIS, Fire & Safety,
or any basic 6-month/1-year safety diploma) preferred, but hands-on experience is given priority.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of practical in office safety supervisory experience in civil infrastructure, roads, or building construction sites.
- Languages: Working knowledge of Telugu (must be able to communicate effectively with local labor) and Hindi/English.
