Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Measurement and Inspection: Conduct accurate measurements of materials and structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications. Verify quantities for ordering and invoicing.

Quality Assurance: Monitor work processes and materials to maintain high-quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and report any issues to management.

Waste Management: Implement effective waste management strategies, minimizing material waste and ensuring proper disposal according to environmental regulations.

Team Coordination: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient task execution.

Safety Compliance:



Enforce safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections to promote a safe working environment.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, measurements, waste generated, and resource usage. Provide regular updates to management.

Collaboration: Liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure alignment with project goals.

Technical Skills:

· AUTOCAD

· 2D 3D Drawing Reading

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
