We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our Inside Sales team in Jaipur. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain company services, pricing, and processes clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates from sales, telecalling, business development, or customer support backgrounds are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
