Job Overview
The Manager – Outreach is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth. This role involves managing webinars, field activations, events, and outreach campaigns by working closely with the outreach lead, external agencies, and internal stakeholders. The role requires robust project management capabilities, stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to execute impactful engagement programs aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the outreach lead, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute webinars, field activations, events, and other outreach initiatives.
Develop and manage outreach plans, timelines, and execution strategies to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and events.
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales, business teams, and operations to align outreach activities with organizational goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of outreach programs.
Plan and execute webinars, workshops, conferences, and field events to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Support event promotion activities through email campaigns, digital channels, social media, and other communication platforms.
Monitor outreach campaign performance, track key metrics,



and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Manage end-to-end event execution including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop relevant communication assets for outreach initiatives.
Identify opportunities for improving outreach strategies based on market trends, audience insights, and campaign outcomes.
Ensure timely execution of multiple outreach initiatives while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 15 years of experience in outreach, event management, marketing campaigns, field marketing, or related functions.
Prior experience in managing webinars, events, field activations, and stakeholder-driven outreach programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
Experience working with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Ability to plan, execute, and measure outreach programs to achieve business and engagement objectives.
Experience in B2B marketing, technology, consulting, education, or professional services industries is preferred.
