Position: Senior Project Engineer & Coordinator
Department: Projects / Engineering

Experience: 5–10 years preferred
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and coordinate projects from PO/LOI receipt through engineering, manufacturing, dispatch, erection, testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, design/engineering, production, purchase, quality, stores and site teams.
- Review customer PO, technical specifications, drawings, scope of supply and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, execution plans, progress reports and project trackers.
- Monitor engineering deliverables such as GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOM, technical calculations and material requirements.
- Coordinate manufacturing of FRP/GRP tanks, vessels, reactors, pipes, ducts, fittings, scrubbers and related equipment. CCoroseal+2
- Follow up with production and ensure projects are completed as per quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Coordinate procurement of project-related materials and follow up with vendors/subcontractors.
- Liaise with customers for technical clarifications, approvals, inspection requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate FAT/inspection, testing, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate site activities including erection, installation, fabrication, inspection, testing and commissioning. CCoroseal
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, technical issues and resource requirements.




- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and project progress reports for management.
- Maintain project documentation including approved drawings, inspection reports, test certificates, MOMs, correspondence and as-built documents.
- Conduct project review meetings and circulate MOM/action points.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customer specifications, engineering standards, safety and quality requirements.
- Support commercial team for variation orders, additional scope, billing milestones and client claims, wherever required.
- Travel to customer sites for project meetings, inspections and site coordination as required.

Required Skills

- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical engineering and industrial equipment.
- Experience with FRP/GRP equipment, piping, tanks, vessels or chemical/process industry projects will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs; and BOMs.
- Strong follow-up and vendor/customer coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project/customer sites.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
